Elyse Lambeth graduated from the University of Redlands with her master’s degree in communicative disorders in 2006. Her passion for working with individuals who stutter and their families took root when she attended the Stuttering Foundation’s Eastern Workshop in 2010. Elyse runs the fluency clinic at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She and Melissa Kokaly, Fluency Unit Lead at the University of Washington, are creators and co-facilitators of the annual Seattle Stuttering Camp for Teens at the University of Washington. Elyse has presented on stuttering to parents, speech-language pathologists, and doctors at Seattle Children’s Hospital’s parent information sessions, physician education meetings, school district in-services, and the Washington Speech Language Hearing Association annual conference. Elyse co-facilitated Seattle’s first FRIENDS one-day conference in October 2016. She became board certified in fluency disorders in 2016. She and her husband, Brent, live with their two young daughters in Seattle, WA.
